Inflatable manufacturer unit safety features
At Magic Jump Inc., our mission is to grow with your company, our objective is to build long lasting and
mutually profitable relationships. For this reason, we are continuously researching, engineering and
implementing new and cutting edge design and construction standards in safety, operation, architecture and
usage diversity. What all that means is that you get a product that not only has the latest in thrills and
attractions, but also the latest in safety and ease of use.
Standing out
One other thing to look for in an inflatable company, is not only safety features, but the amount of
effort they put into promoting safe play and safety standards. For this reason, no Magic Jump unit ships
without the safety rules posted on a part of the unit that everyone entering can see. This ensures that
everyone playing on the unit understands safe playing techniques, minimizing injuries, damage to the unit,
and other hazards.
Our commitment to safety doesn't end there. There isn't much to be said about a company that doesn't
provide a handbook on a unit you are purchasing. Would you buy a car from a manufacturer who doesn't provide
owner's manuals for their vehicles? Hardly. For this reason we have created an informative, descriptive
and instructional manual tailored to each type of unit we manufacture and carry. So you don't just get an
inflatable unit that you have to take apart and figure out, but with it you get a booklet laying out everything
you need to know about using the unit, including cleaning and maintenance, where and how to setup and teardown,
which kind of blower to use and how to hook it up, what to do in case of an emergency, and much, much more.
Safety first
An example of a safety design feature is our entrances and exits. We redesigned our bounce houses so that
riders have an easier time entering and exiting the inflatable. This adds to safety in case of an emergency.
(compliant with ASTM standards for all states)
Another example of this is shown here with our weave technique design in securing the pool to our water unit.
While Water Units are the best way to cool off on a hot day, they present certain problems, like water drainage,
unit moisture issues and the added weight wetness. To tackle this, we have created this method of attaching
and detaching. Using this weaving technique, not only is it easier to detach the pool and clean it, it is
also easier to ensure a secure connection between the two pieces, adding to safety and ride enjoyment.
Life span
When considering an investment, you want to know that it is going to last, right? Especially if that
investment is the tool by which you make a living. If the unit wears out quickly, how much good can it do
for you? That is why by means of our own experiences through many years not only as a manufacturer, but also
as a provider of party rentals to our local area through our sister company,
Magic Jump Rentals, and through receiving feedback
from our own customers and Magic Jump Rentals',
customers, we have optimized our units for longevity. An example of this is our technique of securing
high-stress points on the inflatable unit. Not only do we secure a piece under high-stress areas, we
double-stitch another piece on top, giving you 4 layers of tear protection! as seen in this picture below,
we don't cut any corners here. Now thats quality workmanship!
