File a Warranty Claim

This is the page you will be visiting when you have a problem with your inflatable. Most of you are visiting this page because you're just curious to see what's here, but for those who truly do have a boo-boo with their inflatable product, which is still under warranty, here is the form to fill out for a claim.

We understand we're not quite perfect yet and problems do come up from time to time. We know it can be frustrating to have a damaged product. We strongly feel it's important to stand by the warranty claim we made, and to try and make this experience as smooth and headache-free as possible. So please take a few minutes to fill in the required information and try to be as detailed as possible when describing your claim so we can clearly understand the issue and provide a prompt response.

For help finding the particulars of product information please refer to your original sales receipt invoice.
